TrainSync ("the App") is a running training coordination platform that helps coaches manage training schedules and athletes track workouts. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what we do not collect.
Data We Collect
Account Information
- Email address
- Full name
- User role (Coach or Athlete)
Training Data
- Training schedules created by coaches
- Athlete workout logs and completion status
- Distance, time, pace, and elevation data
- Workout notes and comments
- Screenshots of fitness tracker apps (user-uploaded) — these are visible only to the athlete's assigned coach and are not shared with other athletes or third parties
Payment Information
- Payment status (paid/unpaid)
- Payment details are processed by Base44 Payments and are not stored by TrainSync
Data We Do NOT Collect
- Location data or GPS coordinates
- Contacts from your address book
- Photos or media from your device (except those you manually upload)
- Biometric data
- Calendar access (we do not sync with your device calendar)
- Fitness app data (athletes manually log their workouts)
- Device identifiers or hardware information
How We Use Your Data
- To authenticate your account and provide app access
- To display training schedules and athlete progress
- To enable communication between coaches and athletes
- To send email notifications about training updates
- To process payments through Base44 Payments
- To improve app functionality and user experience
Third-Party Services
Base44 Payments
Payment processing is handled by Base44 Payments. Your payment information is not stored by TrainSync and is subject to Base44 Payments' privacy policy.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except:
- Coaches and athletes can view each other's training and workout data as part of the app's core functionality
- Payment information is shared with Base44 Payments for transaction processing
Data Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your information from unauthorized access.

- Access your personal data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
